1. Contact us at enquiries@englishtuitionuk.com  to obtain any further information you need and to check whether the dates you want are available.

2. Complete the on-line Registration Form.

3. We will e-mail you to confirm the availability of your preferred dates.

4, Pay us your deposit of 25% of the full course fee to reserve your place. (This deposit will be returned if we are unable to provide a course for you).

5. We will then e-mail you to confirm a place has been reserved for you on your chosen course.

6. The balance of your fees must be paid at least six weeks before the start date of your course. If booking late (that is, within 6 weeks of the start date of your course) you must pay the full course fees.

7. Payments must be made by Money Transfer to:

It is important that you agree to pay your bank charges and the charges of any intermediary bank, so that we receive the full amount of the fees due.

8. On receipt of your full fees we will send you a letter confirming Registration and a Questionnaire for you to complete, so that we can begin designing your course. We will also request your travel details, so that we can meet you on arrival if required.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION.

1. You must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by your parent, guardian or other responsible adult. 

2. You must be a citizen of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland. 

3. You should arrange your own accident and travel insurance.

4. We may, at our discretion, agree a postponement of the starting date of a course  you have booked provided it does not directly or indirectly  cause us a financial loss.

5. If you have to cancel more than 4 weeks before the original course start date, your fees, less the deposit, will be refunded. If you cancel your course within 4 weeks of the original start date, we reserve the right to retain a further 30% of the full course fees unless we are able to re-let these dates to another client. Private insurance to cover cancellation costs is therefore advisable.
